The Ripple Scarf

The Ripple Scarf

I have started making this scarf since Dec 2014. Because of time (busy with work), atitude (lazy to start and continue 😂😂) so the scarf was finished last week (thank god).

I used 2 different colour of Ice Yarn. The total yarn used was 3 skeins. 1½ of Ice Yarn Dancing Baby in Blue Turquoise (Yarn A) and 1½ of Ice Yarn Dancing Baby in Pink Camel Beige (Yarn B). I used 4 mm needle (Sorry, forgot to mention this).  Here is the pattern for the scarf. The gauge is not really important.

The size of the scarf are 12.5 inch width and 65 inch in length (before blocking)

Cast on 96 st on yarn A
Row 1 - 4 - Knit
Row 5 - K2tog 4 times, {kfb 8 times,  k2tog 8 times} repeat until last 8 st k2tog 4 times
Row 6 - Purl
Change to yarn B
Row 7 - Knit
Row 8 - Purl
Repeat row 5-8 with alternating color until desired length
Cast off

Happy knitting ^^

  1. Beautiful job…what size needles did you use and how wide is it? Is that yarn similar to the Caron Cakes yarn? I have two balls of it and am trying to decide what to make with it. Caron Cakes is a wool and acrylic blend and I've never used it before.

    1. Can't I cast on 86 sts as most of my people do not like scarves wide like you did? I normally use size 6 or 7fir needles
I do not see where you said the sized you used
